Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or wrongly sent items.
True Sky Photography does not accept change of mind refunds, exchanges or returns.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return the item must be either faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.
For wrongly sent items, the item must be in the same condition that you received it (MUST BE IN UNUSED CONDITION) with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
True Sky Photography has the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with our policies. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods to them if they do not meet our returns policy.

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. If your item is found to be faulty, we’ll send you a return shipping label. In any other case, the customer is liable to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods to them if they do not meet our returns policy or a return request has not been submitted.
In the case that the item is believed to be faulty, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
RETURNED TO SENDER/UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Customers will receive prompt notifications directly from the postal carrier using the contact information provided at the time of purchase if their item is awaiting collection at the designated delivery location. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to us.
In the event of an unclaimed item, a refund for the cost of the item will be processed. However, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGES/ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
If your order is missing, please consult the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier. If you are unsure, please contact us.
REFUNDS
We cannot issue a refund prior to receiving a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund.
In the case that a returned item does not meet our policies, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods to them.
